How It Works:

  2. CREATE PROFILE - Register and an Employer and follow the the prompts to create your Company Profile. You can upload your contact details, company information, logo etc.

  3. PLACE A JOB ADVERT - Follow the prompts to upload your job advertisement/s. Using our custom built "skills matrix", you outline the exact qualifications, skills and experience you require your applicants to have. You can even outline which if these skills are Mandatory, Highly Desirable or Advantageous. It's easy to do, you will be prompted through.

  4. PAY AND PUBLISH - Once you have completed your job advertisement, click on "pay and publish", this then sends your advertisement live online. Once this transaction is complete the Watercrew system does an automatic search of the data base and sends a "New Job Alert" via email to any candidates who have more than a 50% match with your requirements. Just imagine - no more trawling through oceans of unsuitable applications!

  5. APPLICATIONS - Candidates can then apply direct to you online through the Watercrew system. This is a great place to keep track of your job advertisements and applicants.

  6. CONTINUED EXPOSURE - Your job advertisment will then feature on the Watercrew site, remaining 24/7 for a four weeks. Once a job position is filled, you can de-activate that job but save the details if you need to fill this position in the future.

  7. INTERVIEW - You can choose to interview as many or few applicants as you like but you will always have a record of their details should you need them in the future.

  8. EMPLOY - The Watercrew system cuts out any middle-men, allowing you and the potential employee to be certain that you have found a perfect match. It also removes any extra fees or commissions, making job searching in the marine industry FINALLY easy and affordable!
