Refund & Delivery Policy
Watercrew is an online service custom designed for the marine industry to connect the right people with marine jobs.
It is Watercrew’s aim to ensure the online system works effectively and efficiently and delivers measurable results for job seekers, Australian marine industry employers, Australian Marine Training Centres and commercial advertisers.
Job Seekers can choose to join as a Standard Member or Premium Member.
A Standard membership is FREE and allows job seekers to view all available jobs and to also take advantage of Watercrew’s Online Job Matching function. However they are not supplied with enough details to apply for available jobs.
A Premium memberships attracts a small fee and allows job seekers to view all jobs available, utilise Watercrew’s Online Job Matching function and apply for available jobs. A job seeker can sign up for three, six or 12 months. This will give them unlimited access to all jobs posted for the relevant period. Once this membership fee has been paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person / entity.
Employers placing jobs advertisements pay per job advertisement per 30 day fee. Once a job advertisement has been paid for, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person / entity.
To enhance to effectiveness of the Watercrew website and to increase the level of training within the Marine Industry, it is Watercrew’s intention to list every accredited Marine Training Centre within Australia on the website FREE of charge. Training Centres will be given the opportunity to upgrade their listings and this will attract an annual fee. Once this upgrade fee has been paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person / entity.
Businesses placing a commercial advertisement on the Watercrew website will pay a per advertisement, per 30 day fee. Once an advertisement has been paid for, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person / entity.
