Seasonal window clean for a regular client at a double-storey house on Sturdee Road, Black Rock. All glass was cleaned inside and out, including the pool fence panels. The house sits high, so upper glass was reached from the ground with telescopic poles instead of ladder work.

The house is a tall double-storey, and the upper windows sit well out of reach from the ground. Between seasonal cleans the glass picks up dust, salt-laden air and rain spotting, which dries into a film that dulls the view and becomes harder to shift the longer it sits. The glass pool fence panels collect the same film plus handprints and splash marks, so they look cloudy from every angle in the yard.
Upper glass was cleaned with telescopic poles from ground level rather than working off ladders at height, which keeps the job safe and avoids resting equipment against gutters and window frames. Inside and outside faces were done in the same visit so the glass reads clean from both sides in daylight. The glass pool fence panels were cleaned to the same standard, with frames and edges wiped so drying water did not leave fresh streaks.
