Concrete, exposed aggregate and paved driveways. Traffic film, oil and tyre marks lifted off.
Paths, patios, decking and pool surrounds. Moss out of the joints without blasting the sand away.
Basements, garage floors and commercial slabs. Heavier soiling, industrial gear.
Tags off brick, render, metal and timber. Chemical first, pressure second.
Not always pressure
Pressure strips coatings. Walls, render and cladding go through our soft wash instead.
Force cracks tile and drives water under the laps. Roofs get a soft wash, never a blast.
Pressure blows the joints out. So we drop it right down and let the chemistry do the work.

Why WaterCrew
A pressure washer in the wrong hands pits concrete and blows the mortar out of brickwork. Here's what stands behind the crew that turns up.
Public liability cover of $20M, and we'll send the certificate before the booking if you want it.
Same machine, different tip, different distance. That's the whole craft of pressure washing, and concrete takes what pavers won't.
Founded here in 2023. Not a franchise, and not a lead agency passing your job to whoever answers first.
Before-and-after shots land in your WhatsApp the same day, so you can check the result yourself.
Not at the right setting. Damage comes from holding a narrow tip too close — it pits concrete and washes the jointing sand straight out of paving. We match tip and distance to the surface, and test a corner first.
No. Sealing is a separate trade with its own products and warranties, and we don't offer it. We clean the surface, then tell you honestly whether it looks like a candidate for sealing.
On area and how bad it is, not by the hour. A path is cheaper than a driveway. And a driveway that's never been done takes longer than one we cleaned last year, so send photos and we'll quote.
Sometimes. Fresh oil usually lifts. Old oil that's soaked into porous concrete often fades rather than disappears — and we'll tell you that before you book, not after.
Yes. Commercial pressure cleaning Melbourne wide, from shared driveways to basement slabs, runs on the same method with industrial gear, quoted on area after a look at access.
Hard surface guide
The machine matters less than the tip and the distance. A wide fan at arm's length lifts traffic film off concrete without touching the surface underneath. The same machine, narrow tip, held close, will etch a permanent stripe into that concrete in about a second. Most of the damage people blame on pressure cleaning is really damage from one careless pass.
Green between pavers is a drainage sign, not a dirt sign. Water's sitting there long enough for growth to take hold, usually because the joints have silted up or the fall has flattened out. Cleaning it off works. But it comes back on the same timetable unless the water starts moving off the surface again.
Paving and driveways go last. Every job above them — roof, gutters, walls, glass — sends dirt down to ground level, so cleaning the driveway first just means cleaning it twice. Booking more than one surface on the property? Put the hard ground at the end of the running order and it only gets done once.
Pressure cleaning Melbourne wide is quoted on area, not by the hour, and you should be wary of anyone charging hourly. Rates come off area, access and how long the surface has been left. A tap and a driveway you can back onto keeps it cheap. Carry-in gear, no water on site, or fifteen years of traffic film, and the same square metres cost more.
