Inside and outside are really two different jobs on the same glass, and the time goes on the pass that most people never think about.

The problem
The two faces of a window do not get dirty in the same way. The outside collects weather: rain spotting, dust, pollen and the fine grit that settles between showers. The inside collects living: dust film, cooking residue, handprints at door height. Clean one side properly and the other becomes obvious.
What we did
Every pane was worked on both faces, along with frames, sills and tracks — the places dirt returns from as soon as a window is opened. Working inside adds the part that takes the time: blinds and furniture have to be moved and put back, and every surface below the glass has to stay dry.
