Commercial Window Cleaning — Exhibition Street

Street-facing hotel glass collects a steady film of traffic grime, dust and airborne salts that rinses down the facade with every shower and dries into streaks. Because the build-up is even across the whole elevation, it is easy to miss from inside until light hits the glass at an angle and the whole frontage looks dull. Left long enough, mineral deposits bond to the surface and become far harder to lift.

The facade was cleaned from ground level with a water-fed pole system reaching roughly 18 metres, so no rope access or platform was needed and guest entrances stayed open throughout. Purified water carries dirt off the glass and dries without leaving mineral spotting, which avoids the streaking left by detergent and squeegee work at height. Frames and seals were rinsed at the same time so trapped grit could not wash back down onto clean glass.
